Global Invitation for Award Applications

Research India Foundation (RIF) is pleased to invite applications from academicians, professionals, administrators, researchers, and scholars from across the world for its distinguished award programs. These awards are open throughout the year and aim to recognize excellence, innovation, and contributions across diverse fields of knowledge and practice.

There are no restrictions on the number of awards under each category, ensuring broad and inclusive recognition of deserving individuals globally.

Eligibility and Application Process

Eligible candidates who meet the criteria for any award category are encouraged to apply through a self-nomination process. Applicants must submit relevant details demonstrating their qualifications and achievements for the respective award.

Selection Procedure

The selection process is conducted in two phases:

Phase I: Self-Nomination
Applicants submit their applications along with supporting information establishing their eligibility.

Phase II: Final Evaluation
The Research India Foundation undertakes interaction and verification of claims made by the applicants before finalizing the awardees.

Award Recognition

• Selected candidates will be conferred the award in an online RIF Awards Function.
• Awardees will receive an official Award Certificate (Soft Copy).
• The entire process is designed to ensure timely recognition, with awards conferred within 7 days of final selection.

Application Processing Fee Structure

The awards are free of cost. However, a one-time, non-refundable Application Processing Fee of ₹1000 is applicable. This fee covers:

• Application processing
• Verification of eligibility
• Preparation of commendation letter and award certificate
• Expenses related to the online award ceremony

No additional charges will be levied beyond this amount.
